To Be Seen: A Mental Health Art Exhibition, October 5–7

Explore student artwork and conversations about mental health at Place Riel. An opening reception will be held October 5 at noon.

Graduate students are invited to visit To Be Seen: A Mental Health Art Exhibition from October 5 to 7, 2026, in the North Concourse of Place Riel.

An opening reception will take place on Monday, October 5, at 12:00 p.m. The exhibition closes at 5:00 p.m. each day.

Curated by Meerah Abesia and Florence Mudzongo in collaboration with the USask Student Wellness Centre and the University of Saskatchewan Students’ Union, the exhibition brings together student artwork exploring mental health through lived and interpreted experiences.

Through art and storytelling, To Be Seen offers space for reflection, connection and conversation.

The GSA encourages graduate students to stop by, engage with the work and consider the different perspectives on healing and well-being it shares.
