Submit Study Request

Looking for Participants for your Research Study? Are you a Graduate Student? Fill out the form below to have your featured on the Participant Recruitment page and for us to consider sharing on the GSA social media!

This form is for currently enrolled University of Saskatchewan graduate students requesting GSA advertisement or promotion of a research study to recruit participants. It is not a funding application.

Provide your study details, participant eligibility requirements, participation activities and time commitment, compensation or incentives, recruitment closing date, and participant-facing contact information or registration link.

Upload evidence of research ethics approval or a formal exemption determination, as applicable, along with your authorized recruitment materials. Select your preferred promotional channels, such as the GSA website, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, or LinkedIn. If requesting a repost, include the original post link.

Do not upload participant information, consent records, research data, or unrelated confidential information.

Requests will be forwarded to gsa.fin@usask.ca and gsa.external@usask.ca for review. The GSA may request additional information or changes before approving publication. Requests awaiting required ethics approval will be held until documentation is provided.

Submission does not guarantee approval, posting on all requested channels, a particular publication date, or successful participant recruitment. GSA promotion does not constitute endorsement of the study.
