GSA Commons Booking Information

Damage Deposit

A $100.00 security/damage deposit is required one (1) week prior to your event to secure your booking.

If the deposit is not received within the week prior, your booking may be released to another party.
The deposit will be returned upon completion of your event and the Cleaning Checklist.

Cancellations

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations.
Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in forfeiture of your damage deposit.

Set-up and Clean-up

Please include set-up and clean-up time within your booking duration.
Allow at least 30 minutes for set-up and 30 minutes for clean-up.
Groups using the GSA Commons are expected to use the space respectfully.
The venue must be left clean, tidy, and in good condition, with all furniture returned to its original position.

Maximum Occupancy

The maximum occupancy of the GSA Commons is 99 persons.
