Graduate Students' Association

Election Personal Statement

Dear Graduate Students,

It’s my pleasure to announce that I’m running for the position of Vice President of Student and Academic Affairs for the Graduate Student Association. I bring a strong record in leadership, coupled with a passion for excellence in the graduate school experience, and I seek to contribute to our thriving graduate student community.

During my tenure as the Vice President of the Occupational Health Students Association as an undergraduate at Esfahan University of Medical Sciences, I successfully collaborated with faculty members and industry connection office to organize numerous events and workshops, providing valuable networking opportunities for students which had lasting positive occupational outcomes. I also focused on detecting and addressing the diverse needs of students and members, ensuring their voices were heard and their interests were represented. Now, if elected, I am committed to advocating for your needs, enhancing academic services to foster a supportive environment where every graduate student can make the most of their time and effort. I believe that by working together, we can make positive impacts on our graduate student experience to create lasting changes within our lives.

I am honorably dedicated to representing you with integrity, transparency, and enthusiasm and humbly ask for your support and vote in the upcoming election.

At last, thank you for your time and considering my candidacy.
